Vegetarian Air Fryer Kimchi Bun

Ingredients
- 1 300g pack of Quorn Mince
- 1/2 cup chopped kimchi, save a splash of kimchi juice
- 2-3 chopped spring onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- Pinch of salt
- For the dough:
- 480g flour
- 260ml warm water
- 2g salt
Method
- Combine all the dough ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and shape into a ball. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes before kneading for 5 minutes and then resting for a further hour.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together, ensuring all liquid has been well absorbed by the Quorn Mince.
- Lay out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 16 equal pieces (about 30g/piece).
- Wrap an equal amount of filling into each piece of dough, using your hands to form into a smooth and tightly wrapped bun.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place the buns into the air fryer and spray some oil over the top of each bun, cook for 10-15 mins until golden and enjoy!
