Ingredients
- 4 slices Quorn Roast Beef Style Slices
- 2 tbsp. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. creamed horseradish sauce
- 2 seeded bagels
- 1 radish, sliced
- bistro salad leaves
Horseradish slaw to serve (optional)
- ¼ small celeriac, peeled and grated
- 1 green apple, grated
- 3 radishes, cut into matchsticks
- 1 tbsp. vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. creamed horseradish sauce
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Mix the cream cheese and horseradish sauce in a small ramekin.
- Slice each bagel in half and lightly toast.
- Spread the bottom of each bagel with the horseradish cream cheese, top with Quorn Roast Beef Slices.
- Garnish with radish slices and bistro salad leaves.
Horseradish slaw to serve (optional)
- Mix all of the ingredients together and season to taste.
