Quorn Foods (the Promoter) is running a free prize draw (the Promotion) for winners to each win a pair of tickets to a Lawn Tennis Association tennis match described in the promotional materials for the Promotion (the Prize).
Winners are responsible for their own expenses incurred in con-nection with the Prize, including travel and accommodation expenses.
The Promotion is open to residents of the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only who are aged 18 or over. The Promotion is not open to the Promoter’s employees and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents or anyone profes-sionally connected with the Promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion starts on Monday 3rd May 2019 and the closing date to enter is Monday 10th May. No entries received after the closing date will be accepted.
The Promotion is being run through the official Quorn Foods UK Twitter page (https://twitter.com/QuornFoods) Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Quornfoods) and Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/quorn_uk/) and Quorn Foods IE Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/QuornIE/)
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must retweet the tweet and reply with their preferred location and date as instructed on the indicated post of Quorn UK Twitter page, posted on Mon-day 3rd May 2019 or Like the post and reply with preferred lo-cation and date as instructed on the indicated post of Quorn UK and IE Facebook or Instagram pages.
Each participant may only enter the Promotion once. Third party entries, entries from organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
The Promoter will draw, at random, winning participants from all valid entries received for the free prize draw within 24 hours after the closing date. The Promoter will contact the winners by Twitter, Facebook or Instagram direct message seven days from when the compe-tition launched, to inform them that they are a winner and to request a postal address to receive their Prize. Should win-ners not respond within a reasonable period from initial con-tact, an alternative winner will be selected. Postal address de-tails will only be used for the purpose of ticket dispatch and will not be used by the Promoter for any other purpose. Win-ners’ names will be announced on the Promoter’s website and selected social media channels once all winners have been contacted.
Tickets are only available on the days stated in the gif includ-ed in the post on the social media pages, participants will not be able to receive tickets on any other dates.
There are no cash or other alternative rewards or prizes available. However, in circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right acting reasonably and in ac-cordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice to vary the terms of this Promotion or withdraw it.
The Promotion is being run by the Promoter and the Lawn Tennis Association does not have any responsibility for the Promotion. Prize tickets will be subject to the terms and con-ditions on which they are issued and conditions of entry im-posed by the Lawn Tennis Association or event organiser or venue may apply. These may include cancellation or re-scheduling of the event for unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any failure by a winner, or their guest, to abide by those terms and conditions or for any event not taking place when scheduled.
The Promoter is not responsible for Promotion entries that are lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, comput-er hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof that a Pro-motion entry has been submitted is not proof that the Promot-er has received it.
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries, disqualify any participant and invalidate or recover prizes issued to a partici-pant who breaches the terms and conditions of the Promo-tion. The Promoter may deal with such prizes at its discretion, including carrying out an additional draw, utilising them for another promotion or donating them to charity. The Promoter may require verification as to the identity and details of the participant before issuing any Prize.
All entry instructions for the Promotion on the official Quorn UK Twitter, and Quorn IE Facebook and Instagram pages are part of the rules governing the Promotion as are these terms and conditions.
